益母草注射液联合缩宫素防治瘢痕子宫手术出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益母草注射液联合缩宫素预防瘢痕子宫术中及术后出血的疗效。方法:将我院2010年1月至2011年10月瘢痕子宫剖宫产患者120例分为3组:缩宫素组,益母草组,益母草联合缩宫素组。分别观察记录各组受试者第三产程时间;术中、术后出血量;子宫收缩和不良反应发生情况。结果:与缩宫素组和益母草组比较,益母草联合缩宫素组在缩短第三产程、减少出血量和促进子宫收缩等方面都具有显著性差异,(P<0.05)。结论:益母草注射液联合缩宫素更能有效减少产后出血,促进子宫收缩,值得临床推广。Objective：To study motherwort injection combined with oxytocin in preventing the effect of intraoperative and postopera- tive uterine bleeding scars. Methods：One hundred and twenty scarred uterine profile palace produced patients from January 2010 to October 2011 were divided into three groups ：oxytocin group,motherwort group,and motherwort combined with oxytocin group. Records for each group of participants in their third stage time were made observing intraoperative and postoperative blood loss ;contraction of the u- terus,and occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Results ： Compared with the motherwort group and the oxytocin group, the motherwort combined with oxytocin group shorten the third stage and promote uterine contractions,with a significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The motherwort combined with oxytocin may be effective in reducing postpartum hemorrhage and promote uterine contractions, as well as clinical extension.
