摘 要:目的:探讨16层螺旋CT多平面重建(multiple planar reconstruction,MPR)及三维表面遮盖(shadow surface display,SSD)重建在脊柱骨折中的临床应用价值。方法:对62例脊柱骨折病人行16层螺旋CT检查,同时根据临床需要进行MPR及SSD重建。结果:62例脊柱骨折中,寰枢椎骨折7例,其中寰椎骨折4例,齿突骨折3例,下颈椎及胸腰椎骨折55例,其中按骨折稳定程度分为稳定性骨折11例,不稳定性骨折44例。结论:16层螺旋CT MPR及SSD重建成像技术能够提供脊柱骨折任意角度的影像信息,能清楚显示前中后柱骨折及骨折块的情况,对椎管受累情况、骨折后脊柱稳定性的判断等能作出明确诊断。Objective:To discuss the clinical value of 16-slice spiral CT multiple planar reconstruction (MPR) and the three-dimen- sional reconstruction of shadow surface display (SSD) in spinal fractures Methods:Sixty-two cases having spinal fractures were exam- ined with 16 -slice spiral CT,and images were reconstructed with the multiple planar reconstruction (MPR) and shadow surface dis- play (SSD). Results : Among the 62 cases of spine fracture, there were seven cases with atlanto - axial vertebral fracture including atlas fractures ( n = 4) and odontoid process fractures ( n = 3). There were 55 cases with lower cervical and thoraeo-lumbar fractures inclu- ding stable fractures (n = 11 ) and unstable fractures (n = 44). Conclusions:The 16-slice spiral CT MPR and three - dimensional re- construction SSD can provide images of arbitrary angles in spinal fractures. It can clearly show the before,intermediate,and after column of spinal fractures and fractures of the block. It can also make clear diagnosis of spinal canal stenosis and spinal stability.
