摘　　要：阐述了IEC 61850标准的基本内容,介绍常见数字化变电站的实现形式和特点,重点讨论了基于IEC 61850标准的数字化变电站的新型调试技术,引入了分层调试概念,并对调试中常见的问题做了解答和归纳。This paper expounds the basic content of IEC 61850 standards,describes the realization forms and characteristics of common digital substations.It focuses on the discussion about the new commissioning technologies of digital substations based on IEC 61850 standards and introduces the concept of hierarchical commissioning.In addition,the common problems in commissioning are solved and summarized.
