摘　　要：美国主导的阿富汗反恐战争取得阶段性胜利之后，阿富汗的重建工作就被提到了议事日程之上。鉴于种种原因，毗邻阿富汗的中东地区大国伊朗在阿富汗重建过程中扮演着重要角色。但目前伊朗与美国的紧张关系和美国与阿富汗的特殊关系使伊朗在重建阿富汗问题上陷入了两难境地。然而，从国家的根本利益出发，无论伊关关系如何变化，伊朗在阿富汗重建中扮演的角色不会发生大的变化，一个强大、稳定的阿富汗符合伊朗的利益。The US-led war on terror in Afghanistan had achieved Afghanistan is on the agenda again. Given the various reasons, Iran that stage victory is adjacent to , and the reconstruction of Afghanistan in the Middle East plays an important role in Afghanistan＇s reconstruction. However, Iran is in a dilemma on the reconstruction for the tensions betwcen Iran and the U. S., and the special Nevertheless, for the fundamental interests of the country, relationship between the U. S. and Afghanistan regardless of changes in Iraqi-US relations, Iran＇s role in the reconstruction of Afghanistan will not change much, because a strong, stable Afghanistan is in Iran＇s interest.
