摘 要:对退火过程中露点的影响因素及其对生产与设备造成的影响进行了阐述:退火过程中的露点的影响因素主要有带钢表面总的油含量、加热速度和H2吹扫速度,以及钢带所带的乳化液的多少;露点温度的高低对钢的氧化、炉辊的结瘤甚至汽车板产品后续的脱脂性能都有影响。Principle of annealing and definition of dew point are introduced. By researching and analyzing, it is expatiated that the factors have effect on dew point and influences on manufacture and equipment are caused by dew point variation. The conclusions indicate that the affecting factors to dew point mainly are oil content in strip surface, heating rate, blowing speed of hydrogen and emulsification liquid amount in strip. The variation of dew point account for oxidation of steel, nodule in rollers and sequent degreasing properties of automotive steel products.
