摘　　要：将"减量化、再利用、资源化"的循环经济理念理运用到城市总体层面的空间规划编制中,有利于减轻因城市、经济扩张而产生的对生态环境、生产生活资源、土地供给、道路交通、市政设施的压力,是促进生态环境、城市空间、社会经济效益实现永续发展的重大举措。The core conceptions of circular economy such as ＂Reduce. Reuse. Resource＂ being used in the master plan are benefit for decrease pressure which come from eco--environment, produce and living resource, land accommodation. transportation and municipal utilities with urban spatial and economy expanding, and which are important ways to realize ecoenvironment, urban spatial, society and economy sustainable development.
