摘  要:目的:优选蚊子草抗氧化物的提取工艺并测定抗氧化提取物及其纯化物的抗氧化活性。方法:以总黄酮和总酚酸含量为指标,采用正交试验法优选蚊子草抗氧化物的提取工艺;采用DPPH法研究抗氧化提取物及其纯化物的体外抗氧化活性。结果:最佳提取工艺为10倍量65%乙醇加热回流提取3次,每次2.0 h;抗氧化提取物及其纯化物的DPPH自由基清除率分别约为70%,90%。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定、可靠;蚊子草抗氧化物及其纯化物具有较强的体外抗氧化活性。Objective: To optimize extraction process for antioxidants from Filipendula palmate, and to determine antioxidant activity of antioxidant extract and its purified. Method: With the content of total flavonoids and total phenolic acid as indexes, extraction process of antioxidants from F. palmate was to optimized by orthogonal test; In vitro antioxidant activity of antioxidant extract and its purified was investigated by DPPH method. Result: Optimum extraction technology was selected as follow: reflux extracted 3 times with 10 folds the amount of 65% ethanol, 2.0 h each time; DPPH clearance rate of antioxidant extract and its purified were 70% , 90%. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was stable, reliable; And antioxidant extract and its purifiedhad a strong in vitro antioxidant activity.
