摘  要:目的:优选白花丹参提取工艺。方法:以丹酚酸B、总丹酚酸、丹参酮ⅡA及总丹参酮含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法、紫外-可见分光法及比色法测定指标成分含量,选取乙醇体积分数、提取时间、加醇量、药材粒度和提取次数等为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选白花丹参乙醇回流提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为白花丹参切段后用10倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次2 h。结论:优选工艺对白花丹参药材中的脂溶性成分和水溶性成分均有较高提取率,且稳定、节能。Objective: To optimize extraction technology of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Method: With the content of salvianolic acid B, total salvianolic acid, tanshinone Ⅱ A, total tanshinone as indexes, the content of index ingredients were determined by HPLC, UV spectrophotometry and colorimetry, ethanol refluxing extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with taking the concentration of ethanol, extraction time, the amount of ethanol, size of material and extraction times as factors. Result: Optimum extraction technology was: S. miltiorrhiza was cut into sections, extracted 3 times with 10 folds the amount of 60% ethanol, 2 hours each time. Conclusion : Extraction rate of water-soluble and fat-soluble constituents from S. miltiorrhiza was high by optimized technology, and it was stable and energy-saving.
