摘　　要：目的:建立滇白珠中槲皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Appollo-C18色谱柱为分离柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(23∶77)为流动相,254 nm为检测波长,柱温为室温。结果:槲皮苷在0.027 5～0.88μg峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好线性关系(r=1.00),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD 2.37%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该药材含量测定方法。Objective： To assay the content of quercitr in Gaultheriae leucocarpa by HPLC. Method： The Appollo-C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm） column was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid （23： 77）, the detection wave length was at 254 nm and the column temperature was at room temperature. Result： Linearity of quercitr was good at 0. 027 5-0. 88 μg （r = 1.00）. The average recovery of buddleodide was 102.7% with RSD less than 1.65% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be applied in determination of quercitrin in G. leucocarpa.
