百蕊颗粒治疗手足口病临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察百蕊颗粒治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的100例手足口病患儿随机分成治疗组50例及对照组50例,治疗组口服百蕊颗粒及利巴韦林静脉点滴,对照组给予静脉点滴利巴韦林,两组治疗5 d为1个疗程,观察两组患者体温下降、皮疹、口腔溃疡消退情况。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90%,66%(P<0.01),从发热、皮疹、口腔溃疡消退情况观察,治疗组病程明显短于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:百蕊颗粒配合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病普通型病例具有明显抗病毒、退热及改善症状作用,可显著提高临床疗效,缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Barui particles on hand-foot-mouth disease. Method： One hundred children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Bairui particles and ribavirin, whereas the control group was treated with ribavirin. Two groups were treated for a period of five days. The body temperature, defloreseeneewere and oral ulceration were observed. Result： The difference of total effective rate was significant between two groups The cure days of treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Therapeutic effect of Bairui particles on hand-foot-mouth disease is significant, which can ease symptoms and shorten the duration of illness.
