参脉注射液联合利血生治疗化疗后白细胞减少症

摘　　要：目的:观察参脉注射液联合利血生治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例入选标准的60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。两组均给予利血生片、维生素C、维生素B口服,观察组同时给予参麦注射液(每次20mL,1次/d,静脉滴注)治疗。两组疗程均为4周,治疗结束后观察临床疗效及白细胞变化情况。结果:显效率观察组36.67%,对照组20.00%,两组差异显著(P<0.05);总有效率观察组76.67%,对照组66.67%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。两组白细胞计数情况治疗后1周均迅速降低,与治疗前比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后2周两组白细胞计数继续下降,与治疗前比差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后3周均有所回升,但观察组[(3.58±0.4)×109/L]较对照组[(2.82±0.6)×109L]改善更为显著(P<0.05);治疗后4周观察组为(4.58±0.85)×109/L,已接近正常,与对照组[(3.20±0.74)×109/L]相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:利血生片联合参麦注射液治疗化疗后白细胞减少症临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the joint Shenmai injection with Leucogen tablets for leukopenia after chemotherapy. Method： Sixty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n = 30 each）. Two groups were given Leucogen tablets, vitamin C tablets, vitamin B tablets in the treatment, while giving the observation group Shenmai injection. Two groups are treated for 4 weeks for a course, a clinical effect observed after treatment and changes in white blood ceils. Result： The observation group was 36.67% significant efficiency, the control group was 20.00% , comparison showed significant difference （P 〈 0.05） ; the total effective rate was 76.67% in the observation group, 66.67% in the control group （P 〈0.05）. In both groups, the white blood cell count after the first week of treatment was rapidly reduced, compared with before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Two weeks after treatment, white blood cell count in two groups continued to decline, with significant difference before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; 3 weeks after treatment had rebounded. The white blood cell count was （3.58 ± 0.4） ×10^9/L in the observation group and （2.82_±0. 6） ×10^9/L in the controls after3 weeks treatment （P〈0.05）; and （4.58 ±0.85） ×10^9/Land （3.20 ±0.74）×10^9/L after4 weeks treatment accordingly （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： Shenmai injection with Leucogen tablets for leukopenia after chemotherapy is effective.
