海军某核潜艇官兵口腔健康状况与不良烟酒嗜好相关性初探

摘　　要：目的调查和分析海军某核潜艇官兵的口腔卫生及牙周健康状况与不良烟酒嗜好间可能存在的相关性,为其口腔卫生保健提供科学依据。方法根据1997年世界卫生组织口腔健康调查基本方法,对816名某核潜艇官兵进行口腔健康状况和问卷调查,按官兵的烟酒嗜好分组进行数据统计和分析。结果无烟酒嗜好组官兵的软垢、菌斑及牙石指数均数都明显低于吸烟嗜好组和烟酒嗜好组,统计学检验差异有显著性(P<0.01),吸烟嗜好组和烟酒嗜好组官兵间差异数据无统计学意义。结论烟酒不良嗜好与核潜艇官兵口腔卫生状况密切相关。Objective To examine the oral hygiene status of some marine soldiers and to analyze the potential relationship between their oral hygiene and smoking and drinking alcohol. Methods According to WHO basic methods for oral health surveys, oral health examination and questionnaire were conducted in 816 marine soldiers. The debris index, plaque index, calculus index, gingival index and CPI index were recorded in the clinical examination. Data was statistically analyzed. Results The oral hygiene and periodontal health status in the group without harmful habits were significantly better than those of the groups with smoking and drinking habits（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference between smoking and drinking groups. Conclusion Smoking and drinking alcohol were related to oral hygiene status of marine soldiers.
