摘 要:目的:将平板探测器相同的两个成像系统成像性能相比较,以期为临床诊断提供更好的图像质量。方法:使用分辨率测试仪器测量两系统的分辨率,比较两系统对细小影像信息的检出能力。使用胸片评价法,指定若干区域,由5位独立观察者分别阅读影像,统计分析后比较两系统的综合成像能力。结果:分辨率测试结果为B系统优于A系统;胸片评价结果为B系统大部分优于A系统。结论:数字图像的成像性能和重建算法在图像的空间分辨率和成像质量上同样具有非常重要的地位,希望能引起大家的重视。Purpose: In order to provide better quality images for clinical diagnosis, two DR systems with same flat panel detector were compared in regard to their imaging performance. Methods: The resolution of these two systems was measured by using a resolution test instrument to compare the small image information detection capabilities. The chest X-ray films were read and evaluated of the specified viewing regions by five independent observers. After that, the integrated imaging capabilities for two DR systems were evaluated by statistical analysis. Results: The resolution test results of two systems revealed that the B system was superior to A system. Results of chest X-ray evaluation demonstrated that the B system was better than the A system. Conclusion: The imaging performance and reconstruction algorithm of digital image in the field of soatial resolution and image oualitv are very importnnt for DR system
