摘　　要：目的:探讨放射学工作流程的优化。方法:对放射学工作流程的功能分析设计,改变从患者基本信息的接受到医学影像介质的发放等传统模式。结果:工作流程优化、电子申请单、检查安排与医学影像介质按需打印的应用,减少了医疗差错,提高了工作效率。结论:采用工作步骤优化分析、电子申请单、医学影像介质按需打印等方法,由信息系统替代人工操作,符合传统工作流程向数字化工作流程转变的发展趋势。Purpose： To discuss the workflow optimization in Radiology. Methods： The workflow in Radiology were analyzed and designed. The traditional model, which included the procedure from the receipt of the patient basic information to the distribution of medical image media, was changed. Results： The workflow was optimized. The electronic application, order filler, print on demand were used in daily work. The Medical errors were reduced and the efficiency was improved. Conclusion： With the optimization of the steps in the work, the manual operation is replaced by information system. It is in consistent with the trend from traditional workflow to the digital workflow.
