摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预舒缓糖尿病患者周围神经病变性疼痛程度的效果。方法2008年3月至2011年10月68例糖尿病周围神经病变性疼痛患者，运用多种方法进行护理干预，以缓解疼痛。结果疼痛由剧烈转变为轻度25例，由中度疼痛转变为轻度疼痛20例，由疼痛转变为无痛23例。结论护理人员提高疼痛评估能力和护理干预水平可以减轻糖尿病患者的周围神经病变性疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of caring intervention on relaxing the pain extent of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty-eight patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain in our department from March 2008 to October 2011 were given caring intervention by multiple methods to relax their pain. Results Twenty-five cases with severe pain turned to mild pain, 20 cases with moderate pain turned to mild pain, 23 cases with pain turned to indolence. Conclusions The elevated ability to evaluate pain and caring intervention could alleviate the pain of diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy.
