妥洛特罗贴剂治疗儿童喘息性疾病的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:评价妥洛特罗贴剂治疗儿童喘息性疾病的有效性、依从性和安全性。方法:试验组(n=13)给予妥洛特罗贴剂治疗,对照组(n=13)给予盐酸丙卡特罗口服溶液治疗,均进行7 d的治疗随访观察,比较2组治疗总有效率、临床评分、患儿用药依从性及用药不良事件。结果:(1)试验组与对照组总有效率分别为92.31%和84.62%,差异无显著性(P<0.05);(2)3次随访,2组临床评分均显著降低(P<0.05);(3)试验组用药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);(4)2组患儿均未出现严重不良。结论:妥洛特罗贴剂治疗儿童喘息性疾病安全、有效、依从性好,值得临床应用推广。OBJECTIVE To assess to the clinical efficacy, compliance and safety of tulobuterol patches in the treatment of asthmatoid diseases in infants and young children. METHODS The test group（n = 13）was given the treatment with tulobuterol patches and the control group with procaterol hydrochloride oral solution. The courses lasted 7 d. The total efficiency, the clini- cal symptom score, compliance of patients and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. RESULTS （1） The total efficiency of the test group and the control group was 92. 31% and 84. 62%, respectively and there was no sig- nificant differences between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. （2）Through three follow-up, the clinical symptom score was all signifi- cantly improved （P〈0. 05）. （3）The compliance of the test group was better than the control group（P〈0. 05）. （4）There were no serious adverse events in two groups. CONCLUSION In the treatment of asthmatoid disease in infants and young children, tulobuterol patches has good safety, effectiveness and compliance. It is worthy of clinical application.
