摘　　要：为了提高移动用户的切换成功率,提出了一种基于TD-SCDMA集群通信系统的层次分析法(AHP)切换算法(TTA)。使用该算法综合考虑用户端的信息,根据相邻小区的负载和网络资源等因素来最终确定目标小区,并对其进行了仿真验证。仿真结果证明,利用该切换算法能有效提高切换成功率。In order to improve the successful rate of handover for the mobile user,this paper proposed an AHP handover algorithm basing on TD-SCDMA trunking-communication system.Used this algorithm to consider the information of users completely.Basing on the load of the nearby cells and the net source,it could determine and demonstrate it the final target cell.The results of simulation show that the proposed handover algorithm can improve the successful rate of handover.
