摘  要:相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)的广泛应用,为实现智能电网的动态安全监控提供了数据基础,其动态行为是系统安全控制的关键。然而经分析,在系统动态情况下,一方面,传统的离散傅里叶变换(discrete Fouriertransform,DFT)算法会因频谱泄漏产生误差,引起振荡分析错误;另一方面,在广域测量系统(wide area measurement system,WAMS)中,子站PMU将相量上传主站时,有可能发生频率混叠,影响基于PMU的各种应用。数字滤波器的应用可以解决上述2个问题。首先阐述含有数字滤波器的PMU系统框架;其次分析动态下相量计算及相量上传中的问题,并论证数字滤波器解决上述问题的可行性,指出数字滤波器的必要性;然后揭示数字滤波器选取对不同应用的影响;最后给出仿真算例。The widely used phasor measurement units (PMU), one of the most important techniques of smart grids, offer a data platform for power grid dynamic security measurement and control. Whether the PMU can accurately track the primary signal of power systems under the dynamic condition becomes crucial. However, under the dynamic condition, the traditional discrete Fourier transform (DFT) leads to error because of the spectral leakage, which causes blunder of the oscillation analysis. Besides, the spectral aliasing accrues when the phasor measurements are reported to the main station, which can interferes the security control applications. In this paper, the arrangement of filter in PMU was discussed. The phenomenon of spectral leakage and aliasing under dynamic states were revealed and the improvements brought by the digital filter were proved. Moreover, how the setting up of the digital filters influents the applications was certified. The computer simulation results demonstrated the above theoretical analysis.
