海带多糖对血管内膜损伤所致家兔动脉血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨海带多糖对血管内膜损伤致血液高凝状态的影响。方法:建立血管内电刺激致内膜损伤家兔模型,记录栓塞形成时间,测定家兔血浆凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物(TAT)水平、血浆活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)。结果:海带多糖能够降低TAT水平,延长APTT及动脉栓塞形成时间。结论:海带多糖对血管内膜损伤致血液高凝状态具有逆转作用。Objective： To determine the effect of polysaccharide from Laminaria on the formation of arterial thrombus in rabbits.Methods： Arterial thrombus model was induced by intravascular electricity-stimulus in rabbits.The obstruction time,thrombin-antithrombin complex（TAT） was recorded,and the activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT） and pronthrombin time（PT） were determined.Results： Polysaccharide from Laminaria lowered the level of TAT,extend the time of formation of arterial thrombosis,and significantly prolonged APTT.Conclusion： Polysaccharide from Laminaria has an inhibitory effect on the thrombus formation caused by vascular endothelial cell injury.
