摘　　要：目的:了解我院门急诊处方超适应证使用的情况及其合理性,促进临床合理用药。方法:收集我院2010年6月21-27日的门急诊处方,共计30 647张。根据药品说明书的适应证对纳入处方进行筛查,全面了解本院药物说明书适应证外使用情况,同时通过检索文献对超适应证用药的合理性进行分析和讨论。结果:本次调查中主要发现了16个药品有典型的适应证外用药,其中生殖相关用药适应证外用药情况最多,主要涉及8种药物。结论:超适应证用药需要医生和药师共同关注,我们要把患者用药安全放在第一位,规范超说明书用药。Objective： To investigate the situation and rationality of the off-label indications in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital,and to promote clinically rational drug use.Methods： A total of 30 647 prescriptions of the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital from 2010-06-21 to 2010-06-27 were collected.According to the indications of drug instructions,the prescriptions were screened to comprehensively understand the situation of the off-label indications in our hospital.At the same time,the literature was searched to analyze the rationality of these uses.Results： In this investigation,the off-label indications mainly existed in 16 drugs.The off-label indications of reproductive-related medications were the main,involving 8 types of drugs.Conclusion： The situation of the off-label indications needs attention of both doctors and pharmacists.We should put patients’ drug safety in the first place,and avoid the off-label use.
