摘　　要：区域农村金融生态综合评价体系的构建应基于金融生态理论,把握农村金融生态演进的正确方向、内在要求及影响因素,遵循系统全面性、科学可操作性等原则。本文设计的区域农村金融生态评价指标体系包括定量和定性两个层次,选择农村金融发展、农村经济环境、农村法信环境三个因素进行定量描述,从农村金融市场调节机制、农村金融机构内部发展机制、农村金融生态环境保障机制三个层面进行定性描述。运用层次分析的模糊综合评判法以及问卷调查法对区域农村金融生态状况分别进行定量与定性评价,根据综合评价模型得出评分值,以确定该区域农村金融生态发展水平的等级。The structure of regional rural financial ecological comprehensive evaluation system should be based on the financial ec- ological theory, and grasp the right direction, the internal requirements and influencing factors of the rural financial ecological e- volution. It also should follow such principles as systematic comprehensiveness, scientific operability, and so on. In this paper, the regional rural financial ecological environment evaluation index system includes the level of quantification and qualification. It chooses three factors like the rural financial development, the rural economic basis and the rural legal environment to describe the quantification. And it chooses rural financial market regulation mechanism, the rural financial institutions internal development mechanism and the rural financial ecological environment security mechanism to describe the qualification. Using hierarchical a- nalysis -fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and questionnaire method, it judges the ecological status of rural finance from quantification and qualification respectively. Then according to the comprehensive evaluation model to get the scores, it finally defines the eco - development level grade of the regional rural financial ecology.
