摘 要:目的:探讨体外香莲外洗液对硝酸咪康唑抗白念珠菌的增效作用。方法:从单纯性外阴阴道念珠菌病患者的阴道分泌物中培养分离白念珠菌菌株,参照微量稀释法,以氟康唑药敏操作方法为标准,测定联合应用硝酸咪康唑溶液和香莲外洗液对12株白念珠菌的药物最小作用浓度,并与二者单独应用进行比较;用联合抑菌指数来判断两者的联合效应。结果:单用硝酸咪康唑溶液的MIC均值为(7.92±6.13)μg/mL;单用香莲外洗液的MIC均值为(5.78±4.66)mg/mL;二者联用时,平均MIC值分别为:硝酸咪康唑(1.32±1.41)μg/mL,香莲外洗液(1.59±1.62)mg/mL;两者的FICI为0.46。结论:香莲外洗液对硝酸咪康唑溶液抗白念珠菌有增效作用。Objective:To investigate the synergistic effect of Xianglian lotion and miconazole nitrate against Candida albicans in vitro. Methods:C. albicans strains were cultured and isolated from vaginal secretions of patients with simple vulvovaginal candidiasis. The micro-broth dilution method was used to detect the MIC (Minimum inhibitory concentration) for 12 Candida albicans strains of the miconazole nitrate solution and Xianglian lotion under the condition of combined application and seperate application. Fractional inhibitory concentration index(FICI) was used to estimate the combination effect. Results:The mean MIC of miconazole nitrate solution and Xianglian lotion applied combinationally were ( 1.32 ± 1.41 ) p,g/mL and ( 1.59 ± 1.62) mg/mL respectively, while the mean MIC of two drugs applied seperately were (7. 92±6. 13) μg/mL and (5.78 ±4.66) mg/mL respectively. Conclusion:The Xianglian lotion acts synergistically with mieonazole nitrate solution in the antibacterial activity against C. albicans in vitro.
