摘　　要：当前网络十分发达,网络聊天软件也十分盛行,本文基于Java平台,使用多线程技术,采用TCP协议来实现网络聊天程序,为Java平台下的数据传输类系统开发提供了底层的技术支持。The current network is well developed, the network is also very popular chat software, this article is based on the Java platform, using multi-threading technology, to achieve the network using TCP protocol chat program for the Java platform class data transmission system development to provide the underlying support.
