摘 要:目的探讨磁共振全身类PET技术在肿瘤普查中的应用价值。方法选择1056例无明确肿瘤病史,做磁共振常规部位检查的患者,在常规部位检查同时加扫全身弥散加权成像。结果发现35例42个病灶,DWI图像上均呈高信号,ADC图为低信号,每个病灶ADC值均与正常区域比较明显降低,降低幅度大于50%。上述病灶均经临床证实为恶性病变或转移瘤。结论磁共振全身类PET技术可以发现肿瘤原发灶及转移灶,具有无辐射、无需注射造影剂、检查简便快捷的优势,适合于健康人群肿瘤筛选。Objective Investigate the magnetic resonance class PET technology to the value of cancer screening.Methods 1056 cases of the tumor and a history of doing magnetic resonance conventional site examination of the patient,plus sweep the whole body diffusion weighted imaging in the routine site inspection at the same time.Results 35 cases with 42 lesions showed high signal on DWI,images,picture shows the low signal in the ADC,the ADC value of each lesion were compared with the normal region decreased significantly,reducing a rate greater than 50%.These lesions are clinically proven as malignant lesions or metastases.Conclusion Magnetic resonance body class PET technology can be found in the primary tumor and metastases,with no radiation,no injection of contrast agent,check the quick and easy advantage for tumor screening in healthy people.
