郑州市“片医负责制”对老年慢性病患者的管理效果研究

摘　　要：目的评价郑州市"片医负责制"对老年慢性病患者的管理效果及影响。方法将86例老年慢性病患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组实施常规治疗和出院后健康教育;干预组在对照组基础上,实施"片医负责制"管理模式。结果干预后,干预组与对照组患者在平均再住院次数、合理控制饮食率、戒烟限酒率、正确服药率、合理康复运动率和危险因素知晓率等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组平均再住院次数低于对照组,合理控制饮食率、戒烟限酒率、正确服药率、合理康复运动率和危险因素知晓率明显高于对照组。结论郑州市"片医负责制"降低了老年慢性病患者的再住院率,改善了其生活习惯,提高了生命质量,值得推广借鉴。Objective To study the effect of ＂ doctors＇ responsibility locality＂ on management of elderly patients with chronic diseases in Zhengzhou city. Methods Totally 120 old patients with chronic diseases were randomly divided as intervention group and control group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and health education, while the pa- tients in the intervention group were given additional management of ＂ doctors＇ responsibility locality＂ . Results After the inter- vention, the average time of readmissions was statistically significantly lower; while the rates of reasonably controlling diet, stop- ping smoking and wine, correctly taking in medicine, reasonable rehabilitation exercise and awareness of risk factors were statis- tically significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The ＂ doctors＇ responsi- bility locality＂ system in Zhengzhou city reduces the readmission for old patients with chronic diseases, improving their living cus- tom, and raise their quality of life, being worthy of popularization.
