保定市与上海市居民心理卫生知识知晓率的调查研究

摘　　要：目的分析两个城市居民对心理卫生知识的了解程度,进一步了解不同经济水平城市居民对心理卫生知识的了解。方法采用上海精神卫生中心编制的心理卫生知识知晓率问卷对河北省686项目两个示范区的3 854位居民进行调查,以上海市2 697人的调查结果为对照进行分析。结果通过统计发现上海市、保定市居民心理卫生知识基本知晓为17.09%vs.6.10%,部分知晓为31.85%vs.36.22%,较少知晓为51.06%vs.57.68%;男性心理卫生知识知晓率间差异有统计学意义,女性间差异无统计学意义(男:χ2=321.89,P<0.05;女:χ2=-453.10,P>0.05)。结论心理卫生知识在中小城市要加强宣传,示范区居民更应进行心理卫生知识宣传。Objective To analyze the levels of the residents to understand knowledge about mental health in Baoding and Shanghai cities, so as to further understand the differences in understanding mental health knowledge by residents hying in urban regions with different economic levels. Methods The mental health knowledge awareness questionnaire developed by Shanghai Mental Health Center was used to survey 3 854 residents from two demonstration regions of Baoding city about 686 items, taking the surveyed results of 2 697 people in Shanghai as the contrast for analysis. Results Statistic analysis found that the resi- dents in Shanghai and Baoding cities who were basically aware of the mental health knowledge accounted for 17. 09% and 6. 10% respectively, who were partly aware of the mental health knowledge accounted for 31.85 % and 36. 22% respectively, who were less aware of the mental health knowledge accounted for 51.06% and 57.68% respectively. A significant difference was found in awareness rate of mental health knowledge in males between the two cities, but not found in females （for male X2 = 321.89, P 〈 0. 005 ; for female x2 = _ 453.10, P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Mental health knowledge needs to be popularized in small or middle - sized cities, especially for residents of the demonstration area.
