摘 要:为了研究多联装储运发射箱空投安全性,建立了装备着陆冲击有限元模型,借助显式非线性动态方法,进行冲击动力学分析,获得了发射箱在正常和极限两种工况下的响应特性。根据安全性指标,对箱架和不同位置定向管的应力,以及火箭弹垂直冲击加速度和轴向力等进行讨论。结果表明,发射箱在采取缓冲减振措施下,空投安全性能够得到保证,方案可行。研究成果能够为发射箱结构设计及改进、空投缓冲包装和高成本的空投/跌落试验提供依据和指导。In order to research the safety for airdropping multi-shell launch canister,the finite element model for equipment landing was set up.The landing impact process was simulated by explicit non-linear dynamic method.The response was obtained under normal and worst airdrop conditions.According to the safety index,the stress of the canister frame and the different directors,the vertical acceleration and axial force of rocket were discussed.It proves that the safety of airdropping launch canister taking buffering and damping measures is assured and the feasibility is verified.The evidence and guidance are provided for structure's designing and improving,packing for landing buffering,and dear airdrop test.
