复方薤白胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺病36例临床与实验研究

摘　　要：复方薤白胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(慢阻肺)及肺动脉高压症36例,与对照组比较,对咳痰、喘息及哮鸣音等症状和体征的改善有显著性差异(P<0.05),总有效率91.7％。并有明显改善肺通气功能和降低肺动脉压作用。动物实验表明,复方薤白胶囊能提高大鼠血浆PGI_2含量,抑制TXA_2,与心痛定组比较,可明显改善肺血管重组和减轻右心肥厚的病理。提示通阳宣痹法有止咳化痰,解痉平喘和降低肺动脉压作用。Thirty - six cases were treated with Fufang Xiebai (FX) capsule and compared with control group. There was significant difference (P<0. 05) in the amelioration of signs and symptoms such as coughing, asthma, and wheezing rales, the total effective rate being 91. 7%. It also improved the ventilation of the lungs and lowered the pulmonary arterial pressure. Animal experiments revealed that FX increased the contents of plasma PGI2, inhibit TXA2 in rats. When compared with the control group treated with nifedipine, it markedly improved the re -organization of pulmonary vessels and decreased the pathology of right heart hypertrophy, indicating that the methods of communicating Yang and eliminating Bi - syndrome yielded actions of antitussive and depressing cough, releasing spasm and eliminating asthma, and lowering pulmonary hypertension.
