摘　　要：立足于我国医疗卫生行业实际背景,以探究医院间战略协作联合发展机制为方向,创新性地提出了"资源转化→产品孵化→效益深化"三阶段概念模型,并以国内某医科大学附属医院为研究对象,通过调研统计分析,对运行机制进行深度挖掘,为实际工作提供了系统理论支持及直观数据参考。Based on the practical background of our medical health and by exploring the mechanism of joint devel- opment of strategic cooperation ~irnong hospitals, the writers put forward creatively the three-stage conceptual model,＂ re- course transform to product incubation to benefit deepening＂. And by taking a domestic medical university as research ob- ject and with investigating and statistical analysis, the writers excavate more deeply the operating mechanism and provide systematic support of theory for practical work and direct data reference.
