新医改形势下军队医院加强经济管理的思考

摘　　要：目的探讨新医改形势下军队医院如何加强经济管理。方法结合医院经济管理理论以及当前医院经济管理面临的实际形势,提出军队医院如何加强经济管理的对策。结果提出了加强卫生经济管理意识,提高卫生经济管理队伍的素质;建立经济分析制度;抓医院营销,拓展医疗市场;严格控制药占比;做好院、科两级全成本核算工作;加强医疗欠费管理;建立健全信息网络建设。结论军队医院加强经济管理的建设有利于提高核心竞争能力。Objective： new medical reform. Methods： To explore the methods of strengthening economic management in military hospitals under The writers put forward the countermeasures for strengthening economic management in military hospitals by combining the theory of economic management in hospitals and the real situation facing the current e- conomic management. Results： They suggest that the consciousness of health economic management should be strength- ened, the quality of health economic management be improved, economic analysis system be established, hospital marketing paid attention to, medical market expanded, medication rate strictly controlled, the overall cost budget at the levels of hospi- tal and departments well made, medical debt management enhanced, and the construction of information network estab- lished and perfected. Conclusion： The strengthened construction of economic management in military hospitals is beneficial to the improvement of the core competence.
