摘　　要：目的 :总结球形肺炎的 CT特征 ,提高 CT诊断水平。方法 :收集经临床证实的 2 0例球形肺炎的 CT资料进行回顾分析。结果 :主要 CT表现为贴近胸膜呈方形或三角形 :边缘不规则 ,模糊 ,浅分叶 ;中央密度较外周高 ,可见“晕征”,增强扫描内见界面规则、清晰的低密度区 ;病灶与胸膜接触面广 ,可见胸膜外透亮线 ;可见较明显的支气管充气征 ,腔略扩张 ,管壁规则 :非胸膜侧伴有炎性渗出灶 ;病灶周围有增多、增粗、扭曲的充血血管 ;抗炎治疗后复查病灶吸收缩小、消失。结论 :上述 CT征象有一定的特征性 。Objective:To summary the CT features of spherical pneumonia and improve the CT diagnosis of this disease.Methods:The CT findings of 20 cases with spherical pneumonia proved clinically were studied retropectively.Results:There were following main CT findings:square or triangular lesions adjacent to pleura;irrgeular,blurry,slightly lobulated margin;higher density at central than peripheral area,sometimes with halo sign;non-enhancement zone with regular and sharp boarder at the center of the lesions after intravenous contract administration;lesions contacting widely with pleura and a lucent line lateral to it;remarkable air-contain bronchogram with slightly enlarged diameter and smooth wall;small inflammatory patches and intensified vascular markings around the lesions;lesions becoming small or vanish after short-term anti-inflammatory treatment.Conclusion:Spherical pneumonia has some characteristics on CT scan,which are helpful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this disease.
