摘　　要：党的十七届六中全会提出,满足人民基本文化需求是社会主义文化建设的基本任务。基于满足农民公共文化需求的视角,分析当前农村公共文化服务体系存在的主要问题,探析其主要原因,并试图提出构建满足农民需求的公共文化服务体系的建议。The Sixth Plenary Session of the seventeenth Party Central Committee has pointed out that to satisfy people＇s fundamental cultural needs is a key task of socialist cultural advancement. From the point of view of satisfying peasants＇ needs of public culture, this paper analyzes main problems of the rural public service system in satisfying peasants＇ needs, probes major causes of the problems, and try to analyze the construction meet the farmers＇ demand of public cultural service system proposal.
