摘　　要：服务性是新时期高校学生党建的目标任务,先进性是创先争优活动的理论品格,服务性与先进性有着紧密的逻辑,是党的建设的重要内涵和目标。因此,独立学院学生党建必须紧扣这一目标,积极探索后勤社会化和学生管理社区化形势下,学生党员服务站等学生党建进社区工作机制的制度化建设。The service is of college students in the new period goals and tasks of the party, the advanced nature is to excel activities theoretical character, service and advanced nature is closely logic, is the party＇s construction of important connotation and target, therefore, independent college students＇ party live will closely this goal, actively explore logistics socialization and the management of students in changing situation, such as student party members of students＇ party into the community service work mechanism of institutional construction.
