城中村转制后的迷失与再探索--以广州登峰村转制为例

摘　　要：在快速城市化进程中,基于城中村及其周边村镇转制所形成的转制社区研究引起普遍关注,但现行研究缺乏对转制后主要问题的解构,以及对消弭困境的路径的探讨。以登峰村为例,对其转制内容和转制后的主要问题进行描述,指出转制后的城中村在二元管理体制下面临整体性迷失的困境,并探索提出转制社区的再建设道路。In the process of rapid urbanization, the study about ＂Transitional Community＂ caused widespread concern after the transformation in the ＂Villages in City＂ and the surrounding villages, but the discussion of current studies lacks the deconstruction. This paper chose Dengfeng village as a case, described the transformation content and the main problems after transformation, then pointed out that the transitional villages in city are facing overall lost in duality management system, and lastly put forward ways to reconstruct the transitional community.
