摘　　要：目的 :建立一种简易快速的斑点免疫金渗滤试验 (DIGFA)用于检测淋球菌抗原。方法 :用抗淋球菌单克隆抗体为包被抗体 ,以胶体金标记兔抗淋球菌IgG作探针 ,制成DIGFA反应盒。结果 :该反应盒特异性强 ,与脑膜炎球菌、葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌、大肠杆菌等无交叉反应 ,淋球菌抗原最低检出量为 63 .0 0ng/ml。经 5 1例临床分离株测定 ,敏感性为 98.0 4% ,特异性 1 0 0 %。 结论 :检测淋球菌抗原的DIGFA是一种简易快速、敏感、特异的方法。Objective:To develop a simple,rapid,sensitive and specific dot immunogold filtration assay (DIGFA) for detection of N.gonorrhoeae antigen.Methods:The DIGFA kit was prepared by using anti N.gonorrhoeae monoclonal antibody as a coated antibody and colloidal gold labelled anti N.gonorrhoeae IgG as a probe.Results:The kit was tested in 51 clinical samples,there were no cross reaction with N.meningitidis,staphylococcus,streptococcus pneumoniae and E.coli.The minimal concentration of N.gonorrhoeae antigen detected by DIGFA was 63.00 ng/ml and the sensitivity 98.04% and the specificity 100%.Conclusion:The DIGFA kit for detecting N.gonorrhoeae developed in our laberatery is a simple,rapid,sensitive and specific method.
