摘　　要：为给液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)船舶进出港组织方案选择提供决策依据,将多目标格序决策理论运用到组织方案评价比选中.结合LNG船舶操纵特点构建针对方案安全性、经济性、可操作性等管理因素的LNG船舶进出港组织方案比选的评价指标体系.运用熵值法计算指标权重,并结合实例对该方法进行检验与说明.结果表明该方法较为适用,对LNG船舶进出港组织方案的比选有一定借鉴价值.To provide decision-making basis for the selection of arrival and departure organization scheme for LNG vessel, a multi-objective lattice order decision-making theory is applied to the evaluation and se- lection of organization scheme. Combined with the characteristics of LNG vessel manoeuvring, the evalua- tion index system for the selection of arrival and departure organization scheme for LNG vessel is construe- ted, in which the management factors such as safety, economy, operability, etc, are considered. The en- tropy method is adopted to calculate the weights of the indices, and the method is tested and illustrated by an example. The result indicates that the proposed method is applicable, and the model is of certain val- ue for reference for the selection of arrival and departure organization scheme for LNG vessel.
