摘　　要：目的:探讨应用SPECT分子影像研究数码针刺治疗儿童孤独症的临床护理。方法:随机选择已确诊的儿童孤独症患儿97例,应用SPECT针刺分子显像,观察护理过程。结果:97例CA患儿中,93例(95.9%)在护理干预下针刺显像一次成功,4例(4.1%)采集失败,需第二次采集。结论:儿童孤独症患者进行SPECT针刺显像是一项需要护理干预的特殊护理工作,护理干预是保证针刺影像质量和医疗安全不可缺少的重要环节,不可忽视。Objective：To assess the clinical nursing application value of acupunctured SPECT molecular imaging on the treatment of childhood autism.Metbods：A retrospective analysis, we randomly selected 97 patients who have been diagnosed as childhood autism to apply SPECT molecular imaging, and then viewed the nursing process.Results：in 97 cases with CA, 93 cases （95.9%） were successed which have a nursing intervention, only 4 cases （4.1%） were failured need second collection.Concluslon：Acupunctured SPECT molecular imaging in childhood autism was a nursing intervention which need special nursing work was an indispensable important link to guarantee the quality and safety of medical acupunctured imaging, we could not be ignored.
