对陕西贫困山区肿瘤坏死因子α与巨细胞病毒宫内感染关系的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究贫困山区孕期巨细胞病毒 (cytomegalovirus,CMV)感染流行病学状况 ,分析肿瘤坏死因子α (tumornecrosisfactorα ,TNFα)与CMV宫内感染的关系。方法　用ELISA和PCR方法检测陕西贫困山区30 5例正常孕妇外周血特异性抗CMVIgM抗体及CMVDNA、 48例孕期CMV感染者及 6 0例孕期未感染CMV者产后 2周内乳汁及其所分娩新生儿尿液CMVDNA ;并采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测孕妇及乳母外周血中TNFα的水平。结果　陕西贫困山区孕期CMV活动性感染率 19 5 9% ,孕期CMV活动性感染及有宫内传播、乳汁排泄CMV者外周血TNFα水平显著高于未感染者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　贫困山区孕期CMV感染率较国内外报道率高 ;TNFα在孕期活动性CMV感染及宫内传播、产后乳汁排泄CMV中可能起着重要作用。Objective To investigate the TNFα ,s effects on CMV infection during pregnancy.Methods The specimens were taken from 305 pregnant women ,s blood,48 maternal milk,blood and neonatal urine within two weeks after the delivery of those who were infected with CMV during pregnancy,60 maternal milk and blood within 2 weeks after the delivery of those who weren ,t infected with CMV during pregnancy.To detect CMV IgM and DNA in blood,CMV DNA in milk and urine,and determine the comcentration of TNFα in the blood.Results The concentration of TNF α in blood were significantly higher in infected CMV infection,transmited CMV to fetus or milk than those did not transmit CMV(P<0 05).Conclusion TNFα involved in CMV infection during pregnancy and the transmission of CMV from mother to fetus and milk.
