摘　　要：目的建立芩榆烧伤液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法,方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:ODS-2 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(45∶55);流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为280 nm。结果黄芩苷在8.05～80.50μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9995;回收率为100.46%,RSD为1.44%。结论该方法灵敏、准确、简单、快速,可用于芩榆烧伤液中黄芩苷的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Qinyu Burns Liquid.Methods Hypersil ODS-2 C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.2%H3PO4 solution（45 ∶ 55） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.Results Baicalin showed good linear relationship in the range of 8.05-80.50 μg/ml,r=0.9995.The average recovery was 100.46% and RSD was 1.44%.Conclusion This method is sensitive,accurate,simple and can be used for baicalin determination.
