摘　　要：目的建立考察头孢拉定胶囊溶出过程的方法,初步评价制剂质量。方法用光纤溶出度实时测定仪,以对照品法实时监测头孢拉定胶囊的溶出过程。结果所有受试样品溶出曲线均在15 min内达平台。结论光纤溶出度实时测定仪能够实时有效地测定固体药物的体外溶出度,头孢拉定胶囊崩解及溶出迅速。Objective To establish an analytical method for the whole process of dissolution of Cefradine Capsules. Methods The release process of Cefradine Capsules was determined simultaneously by FODT-601 Fiber- optic Medicine Dissolution Process Real Time Test System. Results All the stripping curves of the samples reached the peak value in 15 min. Conclusion This process analysis can reflect the real dissolution of solid medicine. Cefra- dine Capsules disaggregate and dissolve very quickly.
