摘　　要：目的　探讨治疗白大衣性高血压 (W C H )患者合适的方法。方法　对W C H 和非W C H 患者应用非药物方法 (降压仪和生物反馈技术 )和药物方法进行对比观察 ,分析不同方法和疗程的效果。结果　康森降压仪治疗W C H 和非W C H 患者均有效 ,延长疗程后其效果增加 ,对第Ⅰ～Ⅱ级高血压患者的疗效显著 ,与生物反馈技术合用后效果最佳。结论　康森降压仪和生物反馈技术治疗W C H 与非WCH患者的近期效果显著。Objective To explore the rational method in White Coat Hypertension(W C H)treatment.Methods To treat the W C H and non-W C H patients with non-pharmaceutical methods(Blood pressure Depressor and Biofeedback technique)and drug therapy,observe and compare the effects and duration of the diferent methods.Results It is effective to treat W C H and non-W C H patients with Kang Song Blood Pressure Depressor therapy and increased effects with prolonged treatment,especially to the patients of 1-2 degree.The effect is the best if plus Biofeedback technique.Conclusion It is effective to treat W C H and non-W C H with Kang Son Blood Pressure Depressor.
