飞行员夫妻性生活多因素研究

摘　　要：目的　本研究旨在探讨飞行员家庭性生活与心理社会因素的相关性 ,为医学心理学介入飞行员家庭 ,确保飞行员心身健康提供依据。方法　对 2 38户飞行员夫妻双方进行Olson婚姻质量问卷 ,艾森克人格问卷 ,临床症状自评量表 ,紧张性生活事件调查表 ,社会支持评定量表测评。采用Olson婚姻质量问卷的性生活因素 (SexFac tor ,SF)分量表就飞行员夫妻双方的SF进行了探讨。结果　显示夫妻双方的SF既受自身也受配偶的心理社会因素交互影响 ,与个性、情绪、生活事件、社会支持、疾病、年龄这些因素均有显著相关性。就对SF的影响多因素分析来看 ,对方 (配偶 )的情绪因素是主要影响因素 ,如抑郁和敌对情绪 ,但是丈夫与妻子之间存在着明显的差异 ,丈夫的个性因素也是影响其SF的重要因素 ,而妻子的SF同时也明显的受家庭问题的影响。结论　SF是心理咨询和治疗的重要内容。Objective To research the relation between pilots and their wives , sex factor(SF)and various psychosocial factors in order to supply dependable data of psychotherapy and counseling for pilots.Methods In 238 families pilots and their wives ,sex factor from Olson Marital Quality Inventory(ENRICH)were measured.Results The results showed there were significant relationship between SF of both Pilots and their wives and personality,mental health,stressful life event,social support,illness,and age respectively.It was uncovered in a mutiple factors analysis that the main factors contributed to SF of both pilots and their wives were emotion factors from Symptom Check-List 90.But there were significant differences in the affecting factors of SF between Pilots and their wives.Another,Major affecting factors to SF of husbands also includ personality factors,while family factors were important factors for wives ,SF,too.Conclusion It is necessary to learn SF of pilots and their wives while taking psychotherapy and counsel pilots.
