摘  要:蛋白组学可以整体而全面地认识蛋白质水平上的有关疾病的发生和细胞的代谢等相关过程,近年来在红斑狼疮中的应用越来越受到关注。蛋白组学被应用于研究红斑狼疮淋巴细胞异常的发病机制,角质形成细胞介导的异常免疫反应,鉴别与狼疮有关的自身抗原抗体和免疫球蛋白自身抗体群,寻找用于临床诊断的生物学标记如,狼疮。肾炎患者尿液中铁调素的改变,发现药物治疗的作用位点,促进早期的诊断和治疗。Proteomics analysis allows a comprehensive and integral understanding of occurrence of related diseases and metabolism of cells at protein level. Recently, the application of proteomics has attracted more and more attention. In detail, proteomics has been used to study the mechanisms underlying the lymphocyte abnormality in lupus erythematosus as well as keratinocyte-mediated abnormal immune reaction, to identify lupus-related autoantigens and autoantibody clusters, to look for biomarkers for clinical diagnosis such as urine hepcidin in patients with lupus nephritis, to seek drug targets, thereby to facilitate early diagnosis and treatment of lupus erythematosus.
