摘　　要：介绍了甲醇合成塔的结构、材质和主要技术参数;分析了甲醇合成塔环焊缝出现裂纹的原因;根据现场实际工况,提出了环焊缝修复方案以及修复过程相关注意事项。Author has introduced the structure, material and main technical parameters for the methanol converter; has analyzed the reason on existing crack in the circumferential weld of the methanol converter; according to the actual situation at site, has presented the repair scheme of the circumferential weld and its related matters to be noticed in the repair process.
