高丰满度丙烯酸聚氨酯漆的研制

摘　　要：采用高固低黏羟基丙烯酸树脂、颜填料及助剂制备A组分,脂肪族多异氰酸酯固化剂配合(B组分),制备高装饰性丙烯酸聚氨酯漆。研究了高固低黏羟基丙烯酸树脂的羟值、玻璃化转变温度、相对分子质量大小及分布和n-NCO:n-OH对漆膜性能的影响,得到了最佳参数。并检测了漆膜的各项机械、耐化学介质、耐候指标,所制漆膜优异装饰性,可用于装饰性要求较高的场合。An high decorative acrylic polyurethane paint was prepared by using of high solid low viscosity acrylic resin, pigments, extenders and additives for preparing A component and an aliphatie polyisocyanate curing agent with （B component）. The influence of hydroxyl value of high solid content low viscosity hydroxyl acrylic resin, glass transition temperature, molecular weight and distribution and n -NCO ： n -OH on the properties of the film were studied, the optimum parameter were got. And all of the machinery, chemical resistant, weather resistant of the film were tested, the film with excellent decorative properties and can be used for decorative occasions with higher requirements.
