玉屏风颗粒对哮喘患儿T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究玉屏风颗粒对哮喘患儿T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:采用自身对照试验,对34例哮喘患儿口服玉屏风颗粒治疗3～6个月,治疗前后分别抽血查T淋巴细胞亚群及IgE抗体。结果:治疗后CD4显著降低(P<0.01);CD8显著升高(P<0.01);CD4/CD8比值显著降低(P<0.01);IgE显著降低(P<0.001),治疗效果34例中29例有效(85.3%)。结论:玉屏风颗粒能够明显改善支气管哮喘患儿的免疫功能,值得推广。Objective: To study affection of yupingfeng Granule for T lymphoctye subpopulation of Children suffering asthma. Methods: 34 children suffering asthma were treated with yupingfeng Granule for 3～6 monthes by auto control test, and T lymphoctye subpopulation and IgE antibody as well were respectively detected from blood before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, CD 4 was obviously decreased ( P <0.01); CD 8 was significantly increased ( P <0.01) Ratio of CD 4/CD 8 was also decreased ( P <0.01); IgE was decreased ( P < 0.001 ). It showed that 29 samples among 30 patients were effective (85.3%).Conclusion: Yupingfeng Granule can improve immunologic function of the children suffering bronchial asthma.
