摘  要:NMDA受体是哺乳动物中枢神经系统主要的兴奋性氨基酸受体之一,对中枢神经系统许多重要的生理和病理过程,如神经网络的发育、突触可塑性、学习、记忆、神经退行性变等起着关键作用。神经系统的可塑性是发育神经生物学的重要研究领域之一,神经系统在发育过程中受环境因素和早期经验的影响表现出高度的可塑性。Neural plasticity is one of the most important research area of developmental neurobiology.NMDA(N-Methyl-D-aspartate) receptor is one of the glutamate receptors in nervous system,which palys an important role in many biological and pathological changes,such as development of neural network,neural plasticity,learning and memory,degeneration of the neurons and so on.The studies on NMDA receptor with auditory plasticity and learning and memory were reviewed in order to make early intervention for hearing impaired children and provide a theoretical basis.
