摘　　要：杰克·韦尔奇被企业界和新闻界誉为"世界第一CEO"、"20世纪最伟大的商业领袖"。在他的领导下,美国通用电气公司实现了巨大的企业转型,创造了巨大的经济奇迹。杰克.韦尔奇的卓越领导艺术可以概括为"指挥若定",即定哲学、定角色、定愿景、定策略、定制度、定文化、定人事、定政策,他由此实现了最完美的领导,堪称为"超级领导"的绝好范例。Jack Welch is acclaimed by the business world and the press ＂the number one CEO of the world＂ and ＂the greatest business leader of the 20th century＂. Under his leadership, Welch, a perfect example of ＂superleaders,＂ helped American General Electric Company achieve its enterprise transformation and create a big economic wonder, and this thesis is a systematic study of his leadership skills.
