羧甲基茯苓多糖口服液的免疫作用及抗肿瘤作用研究

摘　　要：目的:考察羧甲基茯苓多糖口服液调节免疫作用。方法:对实验小鼠血清溶血素含量进行测定;NK细胞活性及IL2水平以及S180和EAC瘤株小鼠肿瘤坏死因子含量的测定。结果:明显提高免疫低下小鼠的胸腺、脾脏重量,溶血素抗体含量和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;增加NK细胞活性;明显提高白细胞介素2(IL2)至正常水平;200mg/kg时,使荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤坏死因子含量明显增高;结论:羧甲基茯苓多糖口服液可对抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用,对S180。Objective:To take an observation for Ethyloic poria polysaccharide orall liquid to regulate immunity function. Methods: To detect the contents of blood hemolysin in experimental mice, activity of NK cell, level of Il 2, and numbers of S180 and tumor necrosin in mice with EAC tumor. Results: Thymus, spleen weight, hemolitic antibody and phagocytic function of megoxcyte of mice with hypoimmunity were greatly increased; activity of NK cell was also increased, interleukin reached novmal level. At 200mg/kg, amounts of tumor necrosin in mice were raised remarkably. Conclusions: Ethyloic poria polysaccharide orall liquid has the action of immunosuppression for antieyclophosphamide and inhibition for S180 and EAc tumor.
