摘　　要：目的:测定不同产地的中药积雪草甙和羟基积雪草甙的含量。方法:采有REHPLC法进行测定。结果:不同产地的积雪草中积雪草甙和羟基积雪草甙的含量有很大差异。结论:方法简便。Objective: To determine the contents of asiaticoside and madecassoside in Centella asiatica (L.) Urban collected from various areas in China. Methods: The method of RE HPLC was adopted. Results: The experemental results show that the contents of asiaticoside and madecassoside in Centella asiatica (L.) Urban are different. Conclusion: RE HPLC as an alternative technique will be most useful in the quality control of Centella asiatica (L.) Urban.
